We spent the day at Pulmaton's company event, where we reviewed the past year and discussed what we will start developing at the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Spring brings new opportunities, and we have started active planning to ensure that we make the most of them. Our team met to discuss future projects, for which we have set clear goals for the beginning of the year. We are particularly focused on product development and fulfilling customer wishes.
We also planned to improve our processes and how we could both accelerate and promote them in the future. Internal development proposals that we had collected over the past year played a major role in this discussion. There were a variety of development proposals: On the one hand, for example, details related to workflow and reporting, but on the other hand, small proposals related to relaxed work and maintaining the work community and atmosphere, such as break exercises or general recreational days. Plans and development proposals have already been implemented with good success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 By utilizing agile methods, new workflows are being designed to improve quality and speed. The goal is an efficient and flexible process that adapts to customer needs and various changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
